    When it's available on Kindle will you post a thread on here please Matt, does the book have any pictures in the centre like some autobiographies? Anyone know if these are transferred to Kindle in black and white form? Often wondered this with the Kindles.

    Very good book and refreshingly honest. Don't bother about what reev said. So did John give you the stories for you to do the writing/typing :)

    I've just been sent my copy that was signed by John at WH Smiths, I believe, so they probably have copies there too. Can't wait to get stuck into it.

    I just have a kindle app on my phone and the pictures in books are colour. Are proper kindles only in black and white?
