Jon Macken = A good signing, as he's plenty to prove to both himself, Derby County and us.

 

Let's just not build him up as our new saviour then knock him down when he doesn't score a zillion goals on Saturday, eh! (NOOO)

Could be a similar situation, without us shelling out the million pounds obviously. Formerly good striker, well thought of mostly where he goes but.....can he do it now? I hope he gets a hat trick against one of his former clubs on Saturday but I suspect he will have to do it when he comes on with 20 mins to go

 

who would you prefer!!!! Macken or Odejayi?

Anybody who can stick the ball in the net!

Neither Odejayi nor Macken are exactly 20 goals a season men but experience usually tips the balance. Give Macken a chance, let Odejayi come on near the end to cause some mayhem if needed. Got to be worth a go for a few games
