Absolutely glorious weather down in southampton. atleast that was something. The game was pretty dire except for some nice touches from Anderson. Great to see the big lad mixing it up today. Thought Collace was suberb as well. more than made up for Howard having a bit of a shocker. Not his worst performance, but it just didn't come off today. Thank god muller played well and the saints strikers fluffed their shots. Moore was a flaming liability. Souza played ok, but his distribution is laughable. Kozluk looked like he was always going to **** up and let his man in behind him 3 or 4 times. Foster was a rock, played well and right back, and covered the centre well too. Hume was jumping out of a lot of tackles and was lazy tracking back. JCR was a little short of the form he showed last year. Beat his man a few times but crossing again let him down. Kayode had one of the worst games i've seen. didn't even get into the position to miss this time. although he was offered very little. Super Jon looked twice as good when he came on. Disco was good when he came on, gave us some decent width. I would have left JCR on and taken Hume off mind. All in all the clean sheet hides a multitude of sins. Nothing has really improved just bad strikers on a bad day.
