he doesn't win flick ons If the ball is passed high to him and he heads it to nobody or to their defender then he hasnt won the flick on. If Hassell passed the ball to JCR who kicked it to their left back would you say he'd won the ball or given it away?
No has i said most of his FLICK ONS went to a barnsley player. Super tyke whats your problem because its more than just football.
most of his flick-ons went nowhere near barnsley players And they werent all his fault either. A clear lack of coaching around our general attacking play is clear when you've got the defence lumping the ball up to odejayi who (not looking) heads it in the general direction of the goal and then you've got the other attacker running in the opposite direction where everybody knows the ball isn't going to go
Yes he did win most of the headers st. Ive just watched it again today. Please don't call me a liar because after the game i was very very mad but when ive watched it back and there are a lot of positives and in another game barnsley could have got something out of it.
In kayo's last game against Preston he won 99.99% of the headers and only one didn't go to a barnsley player. The one where him and Hume was too close and Hume did not shout leave it and he flicked it on in the right direction but you was too close to him. ----- thats what i said. I said to barnsley players but the one that went to there defenders is where odi and hume got too close. super tyke you have got to refresh with all barnsley players in every new season. Ive done this with certain players including Hassell and steele.
thats simply not true That was over the west stand side of the box, there was at least two instances at the east stand side of the box where he headed it to nobody. And that is just off the top of my head
We are not going to agree on this super tyke but can i ask you to give the lad a new slate like ive given to certain players. hes been playing good this season.
i will give hassell some credit this year and he has attacked and supported Jcr on the right wing. i thought that the 2 of them played well against Preston and hassell put a lot of crosses in. The problems with hassell this year in the games ive seen is that any wingers with pace just go past him.
Sorry but strikers are primarily there to score goals Yes there are other aspects to the game but you've got to be damn good at everything else if you never score. What do you think his role is then?
