RE: Sure it was a 3 year deal - wouldn't have extended it surely! nt It would be hard to believe we had extended it but it's equally hard to believe we thought he would be that good we needed to tie him down to a three year deal.
We are talking Simon Davey here mate .......... ...... don't try and understand what he says and does, law to himself, but he's always right of course in his head. I find it funny though, that after telling us how good Odejayi is, or is going to be, for the best part of two years (even though there's probably less than a dozen folk in Barnsley agree with him), he forgets to mention him completely when reviewing his options for the coming season, even though we are down to the bare bones squad wise. The best thing Davey could do is stop making any statements/comments to the fans or the media, because everytime he does, he makes himself look a pillock, and like someone else has said already, his baffling comments always raise more questions
