"want you" or "17" arent that good but on the whole the album is mint - i liked the following i read about the band

'Cold Desert', the closing track on KOL's new album 'Only By The Night', features the lyric: "Jesus don't love me, no one ever carried my load/I'm too young to feel this old". Caleb Followill recorded it while drunk and subsequently forgot about it. When he heard the song in the studio weeks later it made him cry.

No,no, no. The Monkeys are phenominal. They've took the whole thing to the next level. Easily the best band ever, and facts prove it. And hey, 2 albums in, they're like early 20's, it's all looking good.

And, Last Shadow Puppets are touring, AGAIN!!! T'is a slight joke now, but I wern't compaining when I saw em at Glastonbury!

Im sure i saw in an interview with The last shadow puppets, that the Arcrtic Monkeys had finished their third album but didnt want to release it until Alex has finished touring with The last shadow puppets.

They're oright. It's like totally opposite to Arctics a lot of the stuff though. Wondrous Place, Standing Next To Me, In My Room & My Mistakes Are Made For You are worth listening out for.

    Best band of the moment

And humble too. love them, as do Dylan and Gallagher (the talented one). Great to hear they prefer Britain to USA.</p>
