Can we please stop the over reacting when we lose or if a player has a bad game , I've seen it all too many times on here , sack the manager , he's crap get shut , that's a terrible decision , Collins will be fine as manager and I believe he will get us up , as for the squad they are certainly good enough just needs our support on and off the pitch ........COYR

Seconded. We're well short of last season still but I'm fed up to the back teeth of every team we beat being rubbish and every team that beats us being leagues ahead of us.
We're third on the back of some great wins and some poor displays too. We were superb for the first half Tuesday and, unsurprisingly, the Cambridge comms team were waxing lyrical about us.

12 months ago we lost 2 nil at home to Exeter.

we are 2 points better off than this stage last season.

    Keep the faith.

In fairness we/they deserved all the criticism after the disappointing Blacky game last week.
But what annoys the hell out of me is the continued sack the coach/manager because he's sh*it, type over reactions. Especially as we're now back up to 3rd!.

Absolutely. I think some of them should bugger off to the massives.

What's the difference between that and a more negative opinion then? Why is the negative kneejerk?

But is commenting on the football and saying its boring and tippy tappy a knee jerk reaction? Or that we aren't playing very well? People said vals style was ***** it got results through been organised and we overachived. I haven't been impressed by the football I've seen so far this season but we're 3rd and have got results.

We're way off what we can be redrum but I read the tippy tippy comments in the match thread last Tuesday. That was rubbish. We worked the ball around with such pace they couldn't get near us and it was far from just passing around the back three.

I'll be honest I only saw the highlights from Tuesday didn't see the game. Today I thought we started well then looked slow and ponderous, very sideways backwards. 2nd half they were well on top until the subs macatee was lively but watters before him was anonymous. Overall a great result but I wasn't overly impressed by the football I saw that's just my opinion sorry if that seems negative, if we had played them off the park and lost to a sucker punch and that was the comments on the mdt that wouldn't be knee jerk either its just people saying how they see it. I think your right we will only get better.

I'll watch the game tomorrow. There's nothing wrong in saying we didn't play well. We're not going to be head and shoulders above everyone else this season and rip everyone else apart. We'll play well some games, not well others. We're third though and that will do for now. :)

Do you think there's been much overreaction or knee jerk reactions today? Can't say I've seen much of it. There's one person who seems to really have it in for Collins, but I doubt many people will be surprised at that. Other than that, I think people have been pretty measured with comments today. Absolutely brilliant win and some good periods of play. But also still so much room for improvement, all over the pitch. Being a supporter for me, doesn't mean blindly cheering everything they do.

Attended that game - we looked really poor that night. Today was a massive bonus

Collins should be o.k this season. While ever we're winning two or three and losing one people will moan but he won't get the sack.

Eighty odd points, comfortable Play-Offs unless we go on a mental run (either extreme).

If we tidy up the home form I reckon the dissent will finish. Some people can't afford to go home and away.

The home form is going to draw criticism.

Criticism is fine, mate. Wanting Collins sacked a couple of weeks ago and acting as though we're in a relegation scrap and constantly slating players but never praising them when deserved is where it gets tiresome
