Think I’ve calmed down from my rage last Saturday.

Right to start the crowd, why so small, why so quite?

    The players why so timid?

I work with a lot of very cocky blades who make my life hell. Why did our players turn into little girls when the snow started coming down. That’s the reason I think we lost, the had some proper men in their team. We had no one to stand up to their bully boy tactics of kick the sh*t out of our players and moan when we touch them.

The moment they took over was when the snow came down and it’s just not good enough. Local players and local pride is needed.

We could have done with Anthony Kay, at least he might have shown some passion.

As Bryan Howard was the captain I as surprised that he seemed to pull out of a few tackles. One which then resulted in Sheff U going up field and scoring.

It’s a bit of a running joke with the pigs at work that I moan about pens not going for us. Just dreading tomorrow.

Thank you very much to you little girls last Saturday. Hope you enjoy the pay packets you get. Battle against Chelsea and then play like that when the snow comes down.

And when will Davey realize we need to play a goal scorer. We have Nardiello on the bench, am I missing something? 2 big lumps up front are not the answer.

Size of the crowd was no surprise, Wembley is on the minds of some players trying to avoid yellow or red cards. A bit of a worry really. People that say we will not go down are maybe too confident, I think Manager should kick players up backside because if we do get to final that could be our donwfall.

We didn't play too badly last setdi. It wasn't the snow that caused us problems. it was the fact that United woke up to, & took advantage of, our gaping holes in midfield. Leon should've been subbed much earlier. Also if the 2 pens had been given as they should've when the score was 0-0. We would've have hammered them in my opinion. The pass to Sharpdeflected into his path off Foster, although a good finish it was pure bad luck on our part.
So therfore, in mt opinion it was combination ofbad luck, bad referring and bad management in the second half cost us.

Don't know about having local lads in the team, we've had Kay and Austin in the past and still lost.

Not sure about Nardiello, I personally thought we lost our shape when he subbed Odi- we just made Morgan's job that much easier.

    Agreed about Nardiello

Barnsley were playing well, albeit without reward until the subs changed things. Macken and Howard hadn't got their shooting boots on, both fluffing a few shots that they would normally connect with. The ball just didn't seem to be breaking to Reds players either. Sometimes it happens that way.

I thought Odejayi played well on the whole, it was the midfield that didn't quite perform. The lack of JCR showed. Leon is an excellent creater, turning his men with ease and threading some good passes. But his speed is shocking. His little legs propel him has fast as a three year old. I remember when he signed and said that he preferred a counter-attacking style of play. Really? With his tortoise speed? Maybe also, Howard was a bit too mindful of his bookings situation. Hassell just didn't have his best game, it happens. Devaney was relatively quiet.

Odejayi couldn't do anything right in the eyes of the bloke sat next to me - on fifteen minutes when Barnsley broke down the left but the cross was high and behind Odejayi at the back post, he slated Kay for falling over. A bit harsh considering he fell over trying to arch himself back for the ball! Then again, when Disco scuffed a cross straight to a United player, he shouted to him that he should have crossed. Er... I don't think he intended to scuff the ball.

    Any news on Souza?

Just to prove that football is a game of opinions, I thought Hassell was one of our best players, especially in the first half
