Last time at Bury

    Did anyone else go? It was a mid 80s cup match. They were in a lower division but beat us 2-0.

    It chucked it down all game and Gordon Owen scored a belting headed own goal at our end of the ground.

    To rub it in some bugger kicked me up the jacksy on the way from the ground. Im not going next week incase the same persons there cos hes got more to aim at these days!

    Round about that time I only missed 2 games home and away in 2 seasons. We were a keen bunch in those days for sure.

    Could swear we were in same league or played em in cup in late 90's. Midweek night match. Described as probably the poorest Barnsley performance for years on Dee Dah
