I must admit I was dissapointed again by the lack of imagination from the strikers last night. Richards just looks so lazy and like he can't be arsed. Hayes does try hard to be fair but they just don't link up well. I think Richards will be replaced by Nards when he is fit. I am still not sure about Wright, He baffles me.
in case you hadnt noticed We are (joint) top scorers in the league. Oh and although I wasnt there last night - I can honestly say that whatever faults you accuse Richards of - being lazy isnt one of them. I think if your strikers are averaging 2 goals a game you need to pick on others for the fact we keep dropping points
you mustve gone to a different game to me. Richards worked his socks off til subbed, and Hayes put McIndoe clean through twice for 2 well taken goals. lazy? whatever.
Richards has had two quiet games recently, but has still been involved I think a lot of this talk about additional strikers is to keep him producing
RE: in case you hadnt noticed Well I was there last night. Didn't say Richards was rubbish I said he is very lazy and I think a lot of people would agree. I know he has scored a couple of goals but he could have more if he tried a little harder.
Lazy Strikers-not Richards chased everything last night and his persistence made the first goal
they had very little service from an almost completely ineffectual central pairing of Howard and Togwell

RE: Lazy Strikers-not I'm getting the impression that they aren't as effective as they started out as?
RE: Lazy Strikers-not No I just feel they could be great if they wanted to be. I do not slag players off as I love my team. Just lack the drive sometimes.
Nearly every home game from the Ponty End Richards does not have enough fight in him and long term will not be good enough, for his size he is a big pussycat.
