Been on the same walk today verges all clear of rubbish, EXCEPT, some Muppet has dumped two bags of builders rubble. So infuriating that in a few hours after cleaning things up some brainless idiot has to spoil things.
These so called litter pickers are really Wednesday supporters. They pick litter and dump it at Hillsborough. You know, just to spruce the place up a bit.
But you'd also secretly encode it into the barcode or something less obvious. Then, when you see the reg torn off you know it has been deliberately dumped and not just blown from an overfull bin.
