I've chanced upon an old copy of Chesterfield's Crooked Spirerite fanzine and there was an article regarding loan players that had scored for them. This set me off thinking.... and straight away the image of Phil Gray sprang to mind of one to leave out. Then i thought of Lee Glover - on loan from Forest - i'm sure he scored for us at some stage didn't he? memory has gone - Mr Courvoussier is round tonight *cough* . And did Ron Wigg score for us on loan before we signed him?
Don Goodman - never scored for us but scored the winner against us at Walsall to almost confirm relegation.
RE: Woan? That was the 'talented' Mr Ripley if I'm not mistaken, against Wednesday I think
He also went to the same uni as me until we graduated in 2007, and we were in many of the same lectures/exams...bit bizarre at first!

Ripley's goal was against Blackburn lost 2-1 and we were ****. As we had been for the previous god knows how many games. Once we'd got rid of Hignett we were awful under Bassett.
