We've more than most (except Leeds) seen a few changes over these recent years. My point is that do sometimes players get managers the boot by not 'trying'? Why do under performers suddenly turn into good lakers? Do we hold the 'I couldn't play for him' argument as a valid one? Discuss
i commented on this the other day, but got mocked for quoting maslow & herzberg. so i'm staying out of it this time ;-)
Man management? Certain players respond to a certain style of management, which is why some players performing well under the outgoing manager don't always continue that form under the new man. It's an interesting one. Duties and roles change as well though with each manager, which might just happen to suit certain players better.
