Played very well, works hard, very impressed with him.

We were crap for 80 minutes, but it doesn't matter- we're through. :)

    RE: Jarman Today...

I was stting in the lower tier of the east stand and i saw Jarman's knee after that tackle. Im suprised he could carry on it looked horrible. He brought a ball out the air well, and crossed twice well but i agree, little effect today

he needs to be playing upfront if we bring him on evry game about 30-20 minutes before the end he will score this season

    He's young

and often makes the wrong decision, but he's big stong and has got ability.

I think he has the potential to be a good player for us.

    His first touch is excellent

One in particular, a ball came about knee height to him and he killed it....just needs to know what to do with it after that.

Looks a good prospect, I'd have been tempted to start with him and Richards today

    I agree

He put in a decent performance.

He had a good day, where some of his tricks came off, but you couldn't fault his work-rate.

First time I've seen him and I was impressed.

    Best Prospect ...

Having seen him play in the reserves and his cameos in the first team, i believe Jarman is just behind Scott Flinders as the brightest prospect we have at Barnsley. Jarman obviously has talent, otherwise Ritchie wouldnt be so fearless to throw him in the team. He is still only very young, in his third year of the academy. This indicates to me that he must be doing the business in training. I'm looking forward to seeing him play up front though, as this is where i've heard he plays best. Not bad for a youngster to be able to hold his own in a winning league 1 side in a variety of positions though. As for Scott Flinders, he has got to be patient and wait for an injury to Nick Colgan. Scott hasn't done much wrong and i hope he doesnt leave in January. I have heard there are a few championship sides snifing around him for january
