    I will be exctatic if this is true - best player (when fit) I have seen in a Barnsley shirt for some time - even better than Hourihane though a slightly different type of player. I think but for injury he would have been a regular international

    Totally agree absolute fantastic signings imo to go with the talent already here and great role models for our up and coming players .
    Who would you say sanctioned these players ,
    I know obviously the club but our system says the head coach has the last say so would it have been Struber before he left or Murray after Struber left?

    Midfield three or midfield two? I'm surmising with Mowatt being Captain it will be James and Mowatt if it's a two. If it's a three Murray could go James, Kane, Mowatt.

    Id have thought so too but it seems a lot of responsibility and expense for a stand in coach imo .
    However it’s not important on this occasion as I think we’re mostly unanimous that they’re excellent signings but just curious and would he have been allowed obscure players he fancied ?
