don't know how bad but Hassle limped off the field during training today. Also, I wonder if the manager would give an answer as to why Jonhson is sat at home and
not being allowed at the club( Allegedly ) as it was reported this morning,

That's something else which was said. Apparently, Jonhson drinks no more than other players but he is the one who was spotballed. Who knows, because I certainly don't.

Sounds like he took that role over from Anthony Kay.

the drink issue came about last summer FFS - about time it was forgotten about. Reckon Rio at Man Utd gets reminded everyday about missing drugs test for example? No - because its just childish of Davey.

Must be a major deterent. You had a few beers last night, **** off home and think about what you did we'll be paying you until you stop and think about it, and you won't be made to train and sweat the beer out of you system!! Oh what will I do at home, screw it I'm off for a pint. Next day- You had a few beers last night, **** off home and think about what you did we'll be etc.

By all accounts Johnson had cut out the beer and been working extremley hard in training. But same as always Davey wont ever back down!!

He cant even use his normal excuse that he hasnt been training hard enough cos I went down and watched training in pre season and Johnson looked in really good shape and was traing just as hard as all the other players

Well with togwell gone he may bring in some fresh blood, cos we all know he will never play Johnson and its a shame cos we are crying out for some experience in the middle of the park

    on the pitch

I've not seen anything from Sousa that Kay didn't do better... off the pitch well if he can't keep off the booze that's not good enough.

    And Kozluk.

    And Mostto.

And Devaney at the start of last year.

    RE: on the pitch

Isn't Souza a member of the defence which has conceded far less goals than the defence Kay played in?</p>

I have know Kay since he was an U13 and tracked his career through Club. Souza is a much better player which is why he is in the Championship and Kay is in League 1.

well I'm sorry but Souza looks very slow to me

and he doesn't dominate in the air. He also gets muscled off the ball far too easily, particularly early last season. We were also a better team last year with better goal keepers. As for seeing Kay come through the ranks, I don't get your point. When he played he was commited and was a decent all round player, one season he played virtually every position. I'd be interested to see how he would fare in the current team. I'm not sticking up for his off field activities but I understand there are others who enjoy the odd tipple !
