Mods - fit for purpose?

    Having read the BBS Forum rules and found reference to not posting messages which are defamatory, abusive and hateful I wonder why the Mods turn a blind eye to the many messages which fall into this category?

    If something inappropriate has been said you should point it out to the mods. As JT says they cant read every post.

    Try posting something overtly racist

    ... not just something that can be interpreted that way. I think you may find that dealt with quite quickly. It's difficult to decide how far to let something go. If they stamp on every little insult then they're accused of over censorship, if they leave it to long then they get queried as to 'how can they let that happen ?' If you think something is wrong use the 'alert' button to advise them.</p>
