After leaving me in the **** after messing up the transfer of direct debits, the bank decided to send me a letter the day before my overdraft expired to alert me, then proceeded to tell me it could take upto 2 months for an application for a new one. After going to the bank in person and phoning up the call centre and speaking to about 8 different people I was told that my overdraft would be reinstated once my wages went in today. Then today I got a letter saying they had changed their mind and I wasn't getting another overdraft. So, back to the bank I go and they decided due to me using my overdraft(to cover their **** up) they'd withdrew the offer until I am fully back within my wages. Is there anything I can do here to get my money back or even just my overdraft?!
Which bank is it? I had exactly the same problem with the NatWest about 4 years ago.... And no, i doubt you'll get another overdraft S)
