the circumstances have changed. EIGHT first year pro's take away the keeper and you have 7. If non are playing for the first team then only 3 at any one time can play for u18's.
not only the young-uns but it would benifit players that need match fitness and players coming back from injury, plus the odd trialist: i know theres the old chestnut about the young-uns not getting a look in but you gotta try and balance it.
Very Davey-esque, just before he got the boot. I believe that professional clubs need a reserve side, it limits the options a manager has in some respects if we don't have one.
