More Leeds problems??

    mentioned on this before but....

    It clearly states here that the old Leeds were "liquidated"..... and taken over by the same men under a new trading name...

    Then surely

    a) as it suggests, they should have been banned from being a director of any new companies

    but this is the one that gets me

    b) If they were liquidated, then surely the debtors (or creditors I should mean) then siezed the assets (ie players/ground and any other assett) to sell off to get part of there money back.

    Meaning, the old leeds died, all there things were sold off, and they should start again in the north eastern counties or whatever with no players and ground....:D


    Why doesn't any of this add up.... or am I still being extremely thick on this

    Liverpool have made a £1mil bid for a 17yr striker from LUFC.....where does that money go if they are in admin?

    They got £1.5 million for Healy, £250K for Robbie Blake and this supposed £1 million for the 17 year old
