After reading this morning's Chronicle I couldn't help thinking our Manager's got 'I' disease…… “I pick the team, I buy the players (with someone else’s money, I then fall out with the players who dare to have a different opinion to me.” He's just an "arrogant control freak" and that's just what his friends and family call him.
Personally I don’t want him run my bath, never mind my football team. (kissmyass)

He does "buy" the players
He is the team manager

 

That goes with being a manager.
