    Complete and utter shitty ****

we've offered Nardiello an improved contract but he has intimated that he has a real burning desire to play for Coventry, being the club that his father once played for, but the terms they have offered arent as good. I suspect he is waiting for Coventry to improve their deal, and Dowie is waiting for confirmation of new ownership/backing.

Odejayi will be competing with Ferenczi, not Nardiello.

Woods wouldn’t have started in front of Devaney. If you where him would you go somewhere where you see a better player in front of you or a team who are looking to have a go at destination Championship. I’m glad Woods didn’t come; he was that good that he helped Rotherham throw away the chance to survive. Hoskins and Williamson where the players Rotherham relied on. Look what happened as soon as they left.

For me it was a case of a player who was off loaded from the Championship before looking for the option of playing regular football.

I have every faith Nardiello will sign. Footballers have to make the most of the time off they get to get away. What would you say if Nardiello went to Davey and said my mates are going away in August, would you mind if I miss a few games and go with them. If I remember when he’s signed his contracts before he gone away and signed when he’s come back so why have a go.

And if you haven’t noticed Richard has left and Hayes is on his way so obviously we need to replace them and signing Odejayi, a player with ambition and a decent scoring record should do for back up at least.
