The Chronicle did say that we have a couple of offers and are in the process of deciding what’s best for the club. I’d guess there’s a longer term deal with a lower total value but more cash up front or a short term deal but with less rota cash up front. Still think it will end up being VFILES
Regardless of what they’ve said to the chronicle the offers are been made by the club not the other way round. The club are approaching several businesses in the area & asking for a certain amount that the businesses aren’t willing to pay right now. The issue for the club is that they aren’t attracting new potential sponsors & instead they’re contacting sponsors who’ve already sponsored the club previously who’s owners all know each other from been around the club over the years so they all know what each other are been told by the club & won’t overpay.
