    Every manager in the history of the world never managed a team before their first job that's an 100% (yet obvious) fact. I didn't mean give him a 5 year contract with all sorts of bonuses and sit and pray he comes good. I said AT LEAST until the end of the season. He's been around Johnson so he can carry on what is happening without having to upset the momentum, tactics and players. If he carries it on and we finish around 8th then people would be saying give him it full time and they would be right to do so.

    But if he doesn't then we can either get a new man in, in a month if results and performances get worse or they can get a new man in, in the summer. It's a win-win to promote from within at the moment.
