my slight worry about our new signing is that the last young striker we signed following a strong performance in a youth international tournament was a Mr Maceo Rigters .................... and the last Scandinavian player we signed was Kim Christensen .........................
I remember us looking at a Scandinavian a good while ago.. we dilly dallied over him we ummed and ahhed ... he then had a few good international games , scored a few... we never did sign him. However a tinpot outfit in London did sign him, called ARSENAL. The player was a Mr Freddie Ljungberg. We did not sign him, he musta been *****.
Re: I remember us looking at a Scandinavian a good while ago.. we dilly dallied over I always heard that we had a deal in place with him, then he played against England and Arsenal came in for him.
Laid up at present with Bladder infection. Had camera up last week in hospital. Result, is one testicle like a cricket ball and hurts like ****. So I would worry if someone went within a foot of mine. Should be a good signing and I would call him Odin
Some signings are brilliant, some are disappointing, some are shockingly bad....it's been that way for well over a hundred years
He's got to be a huge improvement on daggers in front of goal I reckon. Daggers is a tryer ill give him that but not a prolific striker. Lets hope this lad can adjust to the championship quickly and get the team into a positive goals for situation.
Maybe he will be able to latch onto a ball which is played more than a foot in front of him. Service to dagnal not been too bad it's just he's as fast as a snail
Agreed. Instead of signing people with "potential" we've finally signed a proven striker with a decent track record. We can only hope he gets supplied efficently.
Wonder if the signing of new striker will spur dagnalll on to start scoring , because his all round play is good except for his goal ratio
Never heard anything so stupid in all my life anybody knows your arse is attached to the back of your tongue.
