    Open ended questions obviously hoping he'll expand on the subject.

    Anyone with half a brain can understand what he's getting at. It's just asked in a form such that we can spend more time listening to the interviewee rather than the interviewer.

    Stupid reaction from Pearson but I think it's just because he thought the interviewer was quote hunting. Looking for something negative he could then place out of context in his report.
