The result and comments on here surely mean we need a new manager with fresh eyes to sort out the players that are getting picked that surely shouldn’t. Hopefully somebody with some Kudos that could attract new recruits because nobody will want to come otherwise!
If the new manager (assuming anyone wants the job) still picks Moon and Woodrow then I can only assume it's written into their contracts that they have to play every week. I would love to hear anyone try to defend those two after that display.
I think Woodrow did very well today. It’s not easy to keep your kit clean like that for 94 minutes you know!
I didn't go, either, due to being unwell. Reading the comments on here, I'm quite pleased I didn't venture out. Al least we play poorly and lose when I don't attend, like on the many occasions I do. I can't be a jinx, then.
It got to the point 2nd half I started feeling sorry for Woodrow is performance was that bad he needed subbing just to put him out of his misery
I'll certainly defend Moon. I know he's our latest scapegoat, but there are a number of way more experienced players I would target before him. But hey ho, it's always been the same at the Theatre of Nightmares.
When he went down injured I did wonder if it was a ploy to get off the field even if it left us a man short. Nothing would have changed would it?
