    All in good time. Takeovers take time, due diligence can't be rushed. It's frustrating but we have to let them working through the process get everything done properly.

    But we don't know that Mario. We know nothing. in most business takeovers there dates released of hoped completion. Newcastle fans know this and what stage the takeovers at.

    Chien Lee is a the chairman of a wealth management group
    His job is to make money for the people investing
    They could invest there millions in bonds etc and make a nice profit
    So they will want/told to expect a much larger profit instead of taking those kind of options
    Billy Beane has talked about wanting to flip a english club.
    The Nice fans expected a big investment , they got the opposite
    Since Chien Lee took over they have sold around 40 million euros worth of players and replaced they with young players, guess same kind of thing as barnsley that you can flip for a profit or not take a big loss if they don’t improve .
    Also quite a few loan players
    total value around 17 million
    So basically got there money back already what they paid for club
    There online forums read a lot like barnsley ones. Not very happy at all
    I don’t believe they will be any promotion push money as said in press
    They may invest some but will want that plus X amount back
    If it brings success it will only be a bonus from the main aim
    I would have thought it would be unthinkable for the consortium to buy the club and then the club gets relegated
    Losing T.V money ,lower crowds , value of club and other revenues
    Further away from the big money with no idea how long it may take to get back
    There’s a very strong possibility that they may be stalling or stringing the deal out on purpose.
    it would incumbent of him not to do this
    To see what happens to Barnsley league position wise.

    Why do folk assume the fault is with the new people
    I would suggest, with amount of time the perspective owners have been at games,... They... are still very much interested, and the feet dragging (for want of a better word) may not be on there part..

    Even if it is completed today, there won't be any on field changes until January anyway. It's like when you were a kid and found your Christmas pressies hidden in the loft. It made the wait until the big day feel even longer...

    I’ve just been down to the ground and dropped on Mr Lee, I actually managed to grab a quick chat with him and asked what the hold up was, he told me that they could have completed weeks ago but just wanted to see how far they could push Nudge and Dragon tyke, don’t shoot the messenger I’m just passing on what he told me.
