    115 charges against city which has been going on 2 years or more yet forest and Everton have been dealt with straight away

    Yes and you've just named the reason mate. 1 charge against 115. And then the appeals process will take even longer. They will get their comeuppance. The FA are terrified of independent regulators and government interference

    Both of these were straight forward and both admitted them. City is ongoing so haven’t ‘got away with it’ and is incredibly complex

    City can afford the very best legal representation and will bury the regulators in 5 years worth of paperwork...making it so difficult for the authorities .....will they have the nous and financial competency?

    Indeed and that’s exactly what’s happening as they are contesting every single charge.
    Will they get punishment deserved? Unlikely but will they completely avoid punishment? Also unlikely.
    After making such a thing about it no way can the authorities to be seen to set a precedent of not punishing them.
    Personally I think they will come to an ‘agreed’ punishment.

    What punishment do they deserve? You're assuming they are guilty. Time will tell.

    Of course time will tell but it’s highly unlikely that all 115 charges they are innocent of.
    But of course they could be.

    The rules exist so I do think they should enforced. That said I don't think the rules should exist.
