I have just got home after watching the match between Huddersfield and Barnsley. I am usually a passionate reds fan but today I just felt sad and just numb as I could see my side playing without me ever believing that they were going to score, win or even give me the same feelings as I had last season. I have supported them over 50 years but I just feel that no one seems to care about us as Barnsley fc and our proud traditions. I have seen Barnsley lose before and it would wreck my weekend but today I just felt numb and sad.
football used to be joyful but now it seems empty. I will always support the reds but after today I at the point of thinking why should I care if the powers that be certainly do not seem to

I'm numb as well because I haven't dried yet from a few hours drenching. I wish the players at full time would just **** off up the tunnel. The pathetic losers don't deserve any applause.

I can only think of Collins, Morris and Woodrow out of our regulars this season that I would be upset to see leave. Helik has his head up his backside believing his own hype. I think in his head he was gone last summer. Bury will be asking Styles to not mention them in his nickname because he's letting their town down. Andersen isn't captain material.

In any future meeting with Conway, no questions should be asked. The meeting should start with the above post being read out to him. And then ask him to comment.

This is how I have started to feel too; I would run through a brick wall for Barnsley but now I just feel like it’s all pointless. We are going through the motions, we are a laughing stock and it hurts. We need to restore some pride soon. Really wish we had local owners or at least people who understand the passion that football brings.

When the owners don't care, the manager is useless, and most of the players are shirking cowards, I don't blame you

Just checked to see if I'd said "most" not "all".

Yep, point still stands. No desire to win the ball back, no challenge for their goal, no desire to try and grab ANY game by the scruff of the neck. Cowards.

I feel the same mate, I'm just thankful I didn't go. I've seen some awful defeats over the years but none of them felt like it feels now. 5-0 at home against Newcastle, 7-1 at West Brom......
