That's relaying the pitch that we do virtually every pre-season. The last time we put a complete new pitch down was when we installed the undersoil heating years ago, it involves all the drainage pipes etc whereas the above is simply taking the top off it, top soil & reseeding.
Blades pitch looked like it was middle of August when we played em end of last month whilst ours is ****ed by end of November. Surely long term it's better than digging it up every summer. Ideal playing surface all season long for our passing game
