Busy will none football related stuff and after spending over a hundred quid on the last 3 games, deciding to save me brass til there's signs of it being used on summat other than cloth cutting.
RE: Busy will none football related stuff I wish i could do the same. Ive been on a downer since the Donny game, didnt expect anything from Bristol and really not looking forward to Saturday against Oldham. I felt Austin and Kay let the club and fans down by allowing themselves to be drawn like they did regardless of wether or not then offences were worthy of straight reds. I found myself arguing with fellow fans and its left me wondering wether it worth the hassle.
RE: Busy will none football related stuff "I felt Austin and Kay let the club and fans down by allowing themselves to be drawn like they did regardless of wether or not then offences were worthy of straight reds." That's the most sensible remark I've heard on the subject. Both cards were debatable (although I never actually saw the Austin incident) and maybe they were harsh or just unfair, but if Austin hadn't raised his arms and Kay hadn't gone in with intent and his studs showing then the ref wouldn't have had a decision to make.
Austin is a wild card slid 10 yards on the ground just 5 mins into the game, was lucky not to get a card for that. predictable that he would be the first to go. Kay just wanted to get off the pitch, and its that one that hurts the most. Seen enough of Devaney to fear for Ritchie's future, hope Kell and Howard are a big improvement. will need something better to entice me back am afraid.
Re- Kell He could be the difference. At the moment Burns is grafting away unaided in central midfield. Mcphails injury prone, Kay is slow and clumsy and Wroe too lightweight. We can only Hope!
