Nobody has said it was just his fault.

But it's every game that he misses a couple of sitters.

You can't keep on using the 'but he got us to Wembley' card. Coulson scored against Blackpool which got us to Southend, but he doesn't get the sympathy vote unlike that useless ****.

agreed one man didnt lose it yesterday but

he made a bloody good contribution to losing it, also we could be counting the cost of his similar miss v Southampton at home, easier to score, yes, only 2 instances from a whole season but what an important 2, up until yesterday i have defended the lad to the hilt but i am afraid after his miss i lost it big time, ive never felt so low at about anything at a game before, the effect it had on the whole team was the same......the lad is paid to score goals and he just isnt up to it, mind you none of the strikers are really but cant believe the others would have missed the 2 chances under discussion here

    No sympathy vote from me

I wouldn't pick him, a striker is judged on goals simple as....
Our stikers have shown that they are not up to the task, just think it's pointless going on about the lad.

Ah. Agree there's no point carrying on, it's not as if the club are going to take note of what we say on here..

    I believe so

Thing is with players like Dave Regis, Tony Bedeau, Willie Ferry and the other examples of terrible Barnsley strikers is that they hardly got a game. The managers of the time tried them a few times and soon realised they were a big mistake and got shut. Kayode Odejayi has hardly missed a game as either a starting player or a substitute, yet his performances, Chelsea game apart, have been ****. Just rubbish. A lot has been made about that miss yesterday, but what about the numerous times he fell down, what about the time he was clean through and just kicked it out of play, what about that cross that landed directly on his head, five yards out, but he meekly headed it back across goal instead of burying it. He was having an absolute nightmare yesterday (or a typical Odejayi performance) before that miss. He's ******* rubbish mate.
