Needs that elusive goal and thought he'd got it for that split moment last noght when he was offside. Agree he had a reasonable game last night but we desperatly need goals from strikers.

Macken just couldn't do anything right last night, and ref was appalling

    can someone explain................

why he persists in barging opponents to the ground? it's not rugby-I think that would be a better sport for him-he didn't have one shot last night

    It's called putting himself about

because he has potential. At 26.

How many offsides last night, out of interest?

    We'll see.

I think I only remember one on Saturday for Nads.

And there was at least one for KO last night

    RE: We'll see.

Then I reckon Nads being offside was the only thing he did on Saturday. Granted I've not seen him play every game, but I've seen Nads at Coventry, Norwich, Sheff Weds and WBA, and did a whole lot of **** all in every game besides the WBA game. Just didn't seem interested on Saturday, never really looked any sort of threat.

I'll agree Odejayi doesn't look like scoring, but he's a far greater nuisance than Nads is at the moment. Strikers are meant to cause defenders problems, and frankly Nads just isn't, seems too lightweight to me at the moment

    So what's changed?

That lad was 18 was he not? Surely he had more potential that KO at 26.

He also never hummed and arred about stepping up two divisions too....

    No,

Strikers are meant to score GOALS.

That is surely the ultimate nuisance that a striker can cause. Not running about, apparenttly working hard but contributing nowt.

    RE: No,

And Nads has scored how many? He's not exactly looked like scoring many more either.

Whilst we're at it then shall we drop Macken too? Hasn't scored many himself has he?

I'm a big fan of Nads when he's in form, but he doesn't look fit to me, and isn't contributing anything at the moment

    But,

He gets 8 games to "prove" himself and get form and fitness. KO gets 34. And is still looking

And Nads gets absolutely no service from midfield except for aimless hoofs of course.

    RE: But,

Odejayi hasn't started 34 games though has he?

I know who I'd put money on to score more in usual circumstances, but the Nads I've seen isn't the Nads I think is there somewhere, i.e. he's nowhere near his best at the moment, and I think until he's fitter and starts putting himself about more and causing a few problems, he's a waste of start. Too much of the time he's stood there hands on hips doing **** all (often in a offside position to start with)
