If you consider yourself negative towards the Richie and the team, put you name with this thread. Go on dont bottle it...
hmm in what way do you mean? If you mean people who think that at the moment Andy Ritchie isnt showing himself to have what it takes to be a succesful manager for barnsley then you can put my name down.
I wouldn't say i was negative... i just think we are in desperate need of a midfielder and a proven finisher at this level.
Ritchie was wrong not to sign anyone, but i haven't stopped supporting them, i'm just venting my views.

he is tactically naive Everybody knows that we needed to strengthen the squad yet he couldnt see it. Everyone in the ground can often see a tactic isnt working yet he doesnt know how to change it. And he doesn't appear to offer any kind of advice or instruction once the game has kicked off.
Hopefully this is just because he is a youg manager and he will learn but if not then he won bring success.

RE: he is tactically naive You are right, he is a young manager, but we are a league 1 club so you cant expect him to be perfect or he'll be managing in top level.
It appears that the last 4 managers have been "tactically naive", even tho the current one has been the best manager since Bassett and stats prove that...

Why ask the question? It's pretty obvious who the pro and against Richie Camps are on here.
Bye the way negative is not a word I would use to describe anyone who doesn't like the way Richie does things. In my book to oppose Ritchies management isn't being negative it's being positive.
Hayes, Richards, Devaney, Wright - all signed by Ritchie - all not good enough...even for this poor league.
RE: Hayes, Richards, Devaney, Wright - all signed by Ritchie - Worst player today was Reid.Technique very poor.Never won a clean header.Very poor on the deck.Missed tackles. Missed a goal chance.A bag of nerves. got away with it because of Anthony Kay and a very poor Chesterfield team.If I criticise Ritchie-which I don't-I would have brought on Hassell for Reid because he can bring the ball out and play-but at the end of the day we lost 2 points because of missed chances.Step forward Hayes Richards and Devanney. Finally I would say that I watched Man. Utd versus Birmingham a couple of weeks ago and Wayne Rooney missed two sitters, very similar to Hayes chances today.
kin ell does it matter why can't we just have a discussion and agree to differ without people trying to stir summat up all the time, surely everybody gets so passionate about things because we care about the bloody club.
