    Brilliant that, can actually see how the West Stand used to look, looks like it was extended on both sides at some point which doesn't seem obvious when you sit in it or walk around the back of it.

    Got to be the oldest footage of Oakwell I've ever seen, doubt anything older exists. Any idea of the year?

    Saying that, I'm not exactly sure it is the West Stand that is fully visible, could be the East Stand side and some structure that pre-dates the old Brewery Stand.

    Good stuff though.

    That's truly fascinating. I would guess that it's around 1925.

    Unbelievable. Just when you think youve seen it all something like this comes along..... Many thanks for bringing it to our attention.

    Its from August 27th 1923 for our opening Home game v Bristol City. A the majority of the film is shot against the Old, old Brewery stand.

    Do you know where the original film is, if so please PM me
