Got to have one foot on the ground at all times. If both are off at the same time you are running.

No, i'm saying that they were breaking the rules and running. I have a TV which shows this, the judges/referee's don't. I don't know more than them but I had a far better viewpoint than they did and could quite clearly see that they were running. Unless of course you normally walk with both feet off the ground at the same time.

One guy actually ran quite fast past three others to overtake them. Quite how the officials missed it i'll never know.

Yep and most of them had both off the ground every time you looked down. It's about time the sport was dropped from the olympics until they can govern it properly in my opinion.

I was amazed that you can actually run three times and get warnings before you are disqualified and also that you cannot be warned by the same judge twice. Essentially if you are smart you can run past a judge, get a warning and then walk round till the next lap and sprint passed the same judge without penalty.
