    Poor article that. O’Neill did speak to the ref at length after the game. The cameras were on it. He clearly disagreed with the decision, but it wasn't a manager waving his hands about and shouting the odds. It was someone calmly asking the ref for his opinion, who, in turn, felt comfortable explaining it. There wasn't an argument there was a discussion. Personally I think that's good, I think referees and managers should speak to one another, in a calm and controlled manner as they did.

    Can't comment on the decision as I didn't see it.
