    I remember an online conversation i had about 10 years ago with a Reading fan. Said along the lines of that we were a grubby old man's club and that Reading were a fashionable, modern club and the town was a economic hotspot or summat daft. That's the problem with traditionally basement division clubs like Reading getting a rich owner bankrolling them. They get a chip

    Be the most they've ever brought up here. Which is surprising given they're almost guaranteed a result based on meetings in the last 20 years, as well as out dreadful home form.

    Got a mate who’s a Reading fan and he’s worried that they may not have a club with the current chairman. I can see how they may have looked like the modern answer for smaller clubs when they were on top and millionaire funded. Wonder what the future holds for Brentford and Bournemouth?
