Orange/Wanadoo livebox help.

    before i waste my money phoning india, just wondered if anyone can help.

    when i want to load up the internet wireless it keeps saying 'connection to access point failed'

    i have both a pc and a laptop and theyr both the same so i wondered is it my livebox or is it phone line.

    my internet works fine with the cable from livebox to pc its just the wireless that doesnt work.

    may i had no lights are flashing on livebox, i was thinking of reinstaling the livebox with my recovery cd but want advise 1st.

    Try switching off unplugging everything, plugging back in then pressing the number 1 button underneath for 5 seconds. Worked for me after they'd told me it was my computer and left me on phone for half an hour.

    when connecting new devices to livebox
    always press the 1 button, which enables "pairing"

    remove power from livebox
    hold down button 1
    power back on holding button 1
    once powered on release button 1
    you then need to enter the orange admin function on your pc
    may need to re-enter account details
