Mind you, that was due to my direct call to Ticketmaster, using a national number that the Box Office gave me when I called about my address. The problem was that I ordered on line and when I got my email confirmation it was quoting an Aylesbury address that I have not lived in for nearly 6½ years! I managed to put TM right on that and they promised me immediate delivery to the right address. True to their word, I have my tickets. Anyone else had an address issue like that? It's weird because I was only at the counter a few weeks ago to renew my season ticket and they confirmed my Harrogate address was on the system. Maybe I have a dummy account somewhere and Ticketmaster picked that data up. Bit worrying but all has ended well. By the way, they said that if the tickets didn't arrive by Thursday to call them back and they would issue DUPLICATES for my collection from the Wembley ticket office. Good service!
Hi. Best thing to do Pof R is to take your season pass into the ticket office and let Beth sort you out. I had about 50 accounts lol. I'd no idea where they came from ! The fact I did, stopped me being able to order anything on line and a friend had to get me my JPT ticket. All the accounts were deleted. I changed my password and email address and was back in business. Thank you to Beth who sorted me out pretty quickly.
Yes I will do that next time I am in Barnsley but that may not be until the pre-season friendlies start. It's not a big issue really as I have been printing at home any extra tickets during the season and someone else got me my JPT one, so it wasn't something I was aware of. Odd how the system works though. You would think a new set of data would overwrite the old data. But that's me being too simplistic!
Yes, you would think so but seemingly it doesn't. Beth's great. Catch her when it's not busy , but as she's a woman, she multitasks amazingly !
We had same issue for the JPT. They were sent to wrong address(didn't check the email untill a few days later) Went to old address and the new Tennant said nothing had been delivered, so called TM who arranged for tickets to be cancelled, and new ones sent to right address. Best thing is, we saw the new Tennant at Wembley, and the stewards were marching him away as he had tried to get in the ground with the cancelled tickets...*******! Sent from my KFFOWI using Tapatalk
I ordered Saturday online (no problem whatsoever, took literally seconds to click through and complete). Tickets received Tuesday by post. Superb service.
That's the scenario that I feared until sorting it out. Two strangers from Aylesbury sitting in my seats. I didn't think it would happen though
