For some reason, my Outlook Express keeps crashing every few minutes. According to a link provided when I reported it the first time, I need Service Pack 2 to solve the problem & therein lies another problem. To get Service Pack 2, I need a legit copy of Windows which I don't have.

I've tried scanning for viruses & spyware to see if that will solve the problem & also rebooted but nothing seems to work.

    Any ideas folks?
