there people on here who have different opinions about paul hayes and heres to get a vote on your thoughs. </p>
We currently have 2 strikers Ferenczi and Odejayi. If we get rid of Hayes and Nardiello leaves we'll probably end up with 2 League 1 or League 2 strikers so i'd like him to stay, but he's leaving.
an who that down to? the board and the manager lack of ambition, no offence but ferenczi fizzled out towards the end of the season and as for odejayi then i think thats a no no. why doe we constitanly buy players from the lower leagues? when there are plenty of players available for free transfer from premiership teams.
RE: We currently have 2 strikers Not as black and white as that, depends who else, if anyone is brought in. He's been a fringe player for most of the past season, looks better when played out wide. But at th moment I'm not bothered either way whether he stays or goes.
well fair play to you, yes he has been a frigne player, due to the manager not picking him, but why not play him out wide to create chances? you never know, just look at what happened in cardiff, he played wide and scored by coming into the box late,
Can we add I don't really care. Because that's the kind of player he is. I like the guy and think he has talent but he just doesn't show it enough. If he stays then fair enought, he'll be a decent back up. Tne again, if he goes then I'm sure we can find a replacement. I suppose it all depends on who goes, who stays and who comes in.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">. Paul Hayes would make a better wide attacker coming in from the left, then a striker </font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">I would like him to stay but when a player wants to go, we should let him.</font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">No (heart),no<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">passion and no</span>(respect) left for the club thatis holding him.</font></p>
You cant add to it once you have submitted a poll that doesnt allow additions. Not even SA can add to your poll now sorry
I would like him to stay but Simon Davey would like him to go. So he will go, so there's no point in the poll.
I have always thought that Hayes would become a very good player for the Reds. He is without doubt one of the most skillfull players on the books. But like so many forwards he is a confidence player, i feel he just needs a bit of T.L.C. from the coaching staff. Knowing that he is wanted at the club by the manager and his playing colleagues would give him confidence to fight hard for his place. When on form he is a match winner, he is also a great penalty taker, i hope he stays but the managment i think will disagree. (chinny)
But do they have the substance to go along with their ambition? I have ambition to score the winner at Wembley, but as an old git with legs that were knackered 15 years ago it seems unlikely.
