You need to report them to Ebay, then

you need to claim the money back thru Paypal. Go to the paypal site and there are instructions there, also on Ebay site too.
Hope you get the money back, good luck.

Make sure you send any correspondence

to the seller through the eBay system so it all gets recorded. As mentioned above, complain to eBay*. They will send warnings to the seller (they give them three weeks to respond or something). They should then refund you your cash via PayPal. Good luck. eBay is a great thing but there are always bar stewards out there spoiling it.

*On the main page you'll see "Help" on the grey menu. Select "Report a problem" from the pull down list that appears. The first option on that page is reporting an item you haven't received.

just had a reply from the person who is selling the item, saying i am sorry about that, please give me 10 more working days and then if you have not received i shall either re-send or refund your money.

But i have had a message from another ebayer saying get your money back and dont buy anything else, this man is ripping everyone off.

Mmmmm dont know what to do
