Pc help please

    HI
    about a week ago i said that mi computer had a virus problem. I had the computer cleared at the shop and its good know. so i put FM back in and it installed it. but when i go to play it says preparing to play but never comes on. Any one no whats up

    Ensure that it's been fully un-installed, possibly cleaning up any stray registry entries as well.</p>

    Then reboot and do a clean install of t game.

    It was put back to factory setting at the shops and it had everything took out.

    Have they replaced all the drivers?

    Mine got wiped and the technician spent ages locating allthe video , sound drivers etc

    Ive took it off and put it back on and it sill wont work.

    Check you have directX installed... in fact

    go to the microsoft site and get the latest version. This is often forgotten, drivers get put in but updating directX is not always the first thing that pops into your head.

    Thanks jay, the computer is off what its on and im on lap top. It will get checked and installed tomorrow. You lot on here are bril at comeing up with ideas thanks.
