Physios in Barnsley

    Suffering with illiotibial Band Syndrome (and they're not some new age band before anyone says owt!).

    Need a decent physio. Got to pay for myself, so does anyone have any recommendations?

    (And I poured coffee over it, but I can't claim on the insurance!);)

    If I remember correctly, a knee injury flared up on the flight over - couldn't walk when I got off the plane. I made it to Oakwell 2 days later though - so he did something right!
