Printer help

    Ok why would Canon supply a new printer with everything you need to get started except for the USB lead to connect it to the computer? It's definitely not there.... is it just to annoy you? :((

    It's so the shop you buy it from can rip you by selling you a cable they buy for pence and sell for a tenner (PC World, Argos and co)

    Yes it says - "everything you need except one fiddly cable... tough luck, get to the shops".

    £2-65 in Wilkinsons

    For a USB lead. No printer has ever come with the lead BUT every Printer Scanner Copier does............ weird innit
