Love Babies. Something Changed would be my Pulp number 1 but I understand it’s not your typical Pulp song so perhaps that’s why it’s outside this top 10.

I’d have Sorted for E’s and Wizz, and Do You Remember The First Time much higher.

Top 3 pretty much right for me, but The Fear will always be my #1.

I'm not sure there are many albums from the late 90s which stand up better than This is Hardcore.

    So many missed this list.

Stacks, Styloroc, Sister’s Clothes, Seconds, His n Hers, Babysitter, Deep Fried In Kelvin, PTA, Mile End…I could go on. What a band.

Sex City also mentions Wombwell, which I’m always very proud of. Even though it’s obviously not in Sheffield :)

Common People is no1 purely on commercial success, no way is that better than Babies, can’t believe Joyriders (and some of those named by Marc) never made it either in top 20.

Common People would be number one on my list, because I only know one Pulp song.

I must have slept through the 90s.

Babies would have been my number 1 and personally most of the 91/92 material (My Legendary Girlfriend, Countdown, OU, Razzmatazz) is a joy and is part of the soundtrack to a happy place between school and higher education :) Also, think that 'Death II' should be considered - a little rawer and edgier but a great fusion of pop and bleep which is very Sheffield. Plus, I got a ticket this morning so the world is wonderful place :)

Nice one. We wanted Scarbrough as the venue looks much better than the Arena, but had to settle for Sheffield on the Friday (should still be awesome!) . Our daughter is only 11, so we were limited to seating tickets anyway.

I despise arenas, so I’ll dodge the tour. Hoping they do either of the festivals I’ve got lined up next year.
