The "Referee's from Leicester" chants started shortly after they were awarded a controversial free-kick so I don't think it was a race related chant. </p> The "England" chants were in response to their fans songs as we literally couldn't understand what the f*** they were singing. Several choruses of "You what, you what" and "We only speak f***ing English" were sung previous to the "England" chants which leads me to believe it was not intended as rascist. </p> Although some "Town full of *****" chants could be heard briefly and the old tw@ts who kept referring to several of our own players as "B**** B*******" want shooting through the head. </p>
Those who sit high and proud on their multicultural neverland horses should stop and consider the 'problem' of racist chanting is just a small part of a much wider social problem that is not going to go away merely by labelling certain people scum. I find it interesting that lots of people can't even spell 'rascism', never mind explain what it is.

whilst I abhor racism since when has Pakistan been a RACE and NOT a Nation.. Paki is short for Pakistan/Pakistani.As far as I am aware Pakistan is a nation or country and NOT a race.

TBH here guys give me an atmosphere at a game any time whether racist chanting or not. Better than plastic fans sitting there saying jolly good show old boy ain't it? Shoot me down in flames here...don't care...it's my opinion.
Who mentioned hooligans smashing things up? Some 'risky' chanting is part of the deal at football and WILL ALWAYS HAPPEN so why kick off about it. Like I say, beats plastic fans sittin on their arses giving the occasional clap and spouting crap IMO. Give me the Ponty singing "Your gonna get your f*ckin heads kicked in" anytime than plastic ****** now. We never moaned back then because of bad language so why moan about now about a few folk singing some 'risky' stuff? Ps....I take my 7 year old lad to football and find nothing offensive that goes on @ Oakwell or away from Oakwell.
If you are willing to accept racist comments and abusive language and, more so, bring a 7 year old up with that ,then that unfortunately shows the state we are in. It is possible to have atmosphere at a game without abuse and racism
Not about willing to accept pal, just a fact of life....Racism is everywhere whether we like it or not and WE ALL USE BAD LANGUAGE.....FACT...My lad is open to things right or wrong and he knows right from wrong. He doesn't swear, he's a well manered kid and 1 of his best friends is Asian so don't preach to me about bringing up my child and opening my lads mind to it. Look, if there weren't any paki's here, there wouldn't be any racism. And on Saturday, there weren't just a few shouting Paki jokes, there were a lot. So where are all you who were shouting, or is it only the 'GOODY TWO SHOES' who come on here like. You get my drift... It don't half spark off don't it when someone mentions RACISM. And yes, it was a brilliant atmosphere (well, until they scored).
