    Yes some nomark called Murray Burnell doing commentary and wait for it, Steve Cotterrill assissting. absolute garbage, the blunts or owls wouldn't have someone co commentating that had no links whatsoever to the club.

    I am in N Yorks, listening to Radio Solent through my phone app Tune-in Radio. Anyone know why I can get that but don't seem to be able to find Radio Sheffield?

    It's not a bad commentary tbh. Unbias, and they seem to have done their research on us.

    DAB is *****, I still use FM for radio Sheffield because its so bad. I'm sure I got radio Sheffield in Swansea using my tune-in radio app.

    No but I can usually just about pick it up on FM when I come through. Seems odd that you can't find in using tune-in radio.

    How come the commentary is streaming online through bbc Solent but not bbc Sheffield? I get the message that due to contractural reasons it cannot be played online when tuning into bbc Sheffield but bbc Solent is broadcasting it online?

    The answer to that question will probably be the reason why I can't find Radio Sheffield now. I don't know the answer though.

    I can find both Solent and Sheffield on tune in radio, but Sheffield is just playing a recorded message saying that the current program is not able to be played online due to contractural reasons. Solent is fine though - although ironically the blurb states that commentarys will not be available online.

    Guessing its something to do with the 'Player' contracts the league clubs have for online commentary, perhaps BBC Solent have forgot!
